KELCOM is a communications company, headquartered in the National Capital Region. We offer services in media consulting, presentation training, message development, video production, talent services, and event coordination services.
The founder & President of KELCOM is communications specialist Kelly Burke. Mr. Burke has more than 40 years experience in Television, Radio, Journalism, Speech and Theater.
For nearly 20 years, Mr. Burke worked as a major market TV news reporter at WEWS-TV, Scripps Howard Broadcasting in Cleveland, WXYZ-TV, formerly ABC in Detroit and WRC-TV, NBC, in Washington, D.C.
Since 1988, Mr. Burke has served as a communications consultant, video producer and talent. On his own and contracting with other communications companies, Mr. Burke has conducted regular media and presentation skills trainings as well as specialized crisis media training for such corporations as: Allstate, American Express, Ameriprise, AOL, Netscape, Sears, AK Steel, United Rental, Borland, Web Methods, Level Three, Express Scripts, Merck, Pfizer, GSK, Elan, Capitol One, Circuit City, Clark Realty, Bank of New York, CIT, Citadel, Chase Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Assurant, Inc., Morgan Stanley, Jones Apparel Group, Proctor & Gamble, TIAA Cref, Fortis, Exxon, Weyerhaeuser, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Express Scripts, Duke Energy, Con Edison, Constellation Energy, El Paso Gas, Portland Gas & Electric, QVC, Simens, Samsung, Swiss Re, Time Warner, MCI, OTG, Och Ziff, URS, U.S. Enrichment Corporation, Intergen, Sante Fe Railway.
